Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if the garment is faulty. If you change your mind we will happily exchange for another item or for a gift voucher to the same value.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

Shipping within Australia can be via Express Post for a flat rate of $7.50 or via DHL for a flat rate of $10.

We post items on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's so get your order in before 3:00pm on those days to ensure speedy delivery.
